Welcome to the LGBT Resource Center of the7 Rivers Region!
Mission Statement:
The LGBT Resource Center provides services to foster understanding and build connections on issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity to the 7 Rivers Region through education, events and programming.

Providing connections for the local LGBT
community & allies:
The LGBT Resource Center for the Seven Rivers Region encourages the LGBT community to share interests and activities by providing a central location that is alcohol-free and smoke-free where the community can connect.
Promoting understanding between the LGBT community and the larger community:
The LGBT Resource Center for the Seven Rivers Region fosters a climate of understanding by providing current and accurate information to the larger community.
The Center Provides:
- Lists and contacts for Center groups, events and activities.
- A directory of LGBT friendly Churches, Attoneys, and Counselors.
- Christa Matter Memorial Library with books, DVDs, VHS movies, and CDs.
- Presentations and workshops to area organizations and community groups through our Speaker’s Bureau.
- Computers and WIFI is also available.
- A Safe Space where all people are welcome ♥!!
The LGBT Resource Center for the Seven Rivers Region was incorporated and granted nonprofit status in 2004. The center is recognized as a charitable organization for tax purposes.
